Custom print goods are produced on demand, and we are dedicated to fulfilling your order as promptly as possible. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, some orders may be completed more quickly than others, while certain orders may experience delays.

Currently, your merchandise can be picked up at one of the local dance studios at no additional charge. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

We partner with known payment process vendors to accept major credit cards and PayPal. 

New Jersey Sales Tax is applied. Tax rate is 6.625% (including shipping). 

Sales of articles of clothing and footwear for human use are exempt from New Jersey Sales Tax. This exemption does not apply to fur clothing; accessories or equipment; sport or recreational equipment, or protective equipment (unless the protective equipment is necessary for the daily work of the user).

Clothing includes footwear, all inner and outer wear, headgear, gloves and mittens, neckwear, and hosiery normally worn on the human body, including baby receiving blankets, bunting, diapers, diaper inserts, and baby pants. Disposable undergarments for adults also are exempt.

To keep your custom print apparel looking fresh, follow these care instructions: 

1. Washing:
   • Turn Inside Out: This helps protect the print from abrasion.
   • Cold Water: Wash in cold water to prevent fading and shrinking.
   • Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle cycle to minimize stress on the fabric and print.
2. Detergent:
   • Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the print.
3. Drying:
   • Air Dry: Hang or lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight which can fade colors.
   • Tumble Dry: If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting. Remove promptly to reduce wrinkles.

Following these guidelines will help ensure your custom apparel stays in great condition!

To keep your sublimation mugs looking great and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

1. Washing:
   • Hand Wash Only: Use warm water and a mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive sponges or brushes that can scratch the surface.
   • Avoid Soaking: Don’t soak the mug for extended periods, as this can affect the print.
2. Dishwasher Use:
   • If you must use a dishwasher, place the mug on the top rack and use a gentle cycle, but hand washing is still recommended to preserve the print.
3. Microwave Use:
   • Most mugs are microwave-safe, but check for any specific instructions. Avoid using in a microwave if the mug has metallic accents.
4. Avoid Extreme Temperatures
   • Don’t expose the mug to sudden temperature changes (like pouring boiling water into a cold mug) to prevent cracking.
5. Storage:
   • Store mugs upright in a cabinet to avoid scratches or damage.
